    Don’t confuse the lettings business with Estate Agency; the two require completely different attitudes and skill sets and should never be confused or mixed.

    A franchise offer that suggests the two are a natural pairing is not being entirely honest since the skills, business structure and approach required will differ greatly. Unlike a sale, a ‘Let’ property is just the start and not ‘any tenant’ will do. In a sale, it’s whoever can pay – end of relationship.
