Watson Mitchell Blackburn have specialised in letting and managing residential property for over 25 years. Our clients are an equal mix of landlords letting their own homes on a temporary basis and property investors.

Not all Letting Agents are the same
While all letting agents tend to look similar, claim to offer similar services and broadly charge similar fees, behind this veneer of ‘similarity’ the knowledge and level of service offered varies wildly. Letting Agents are surprisingly and horrendously unregulated and there is almost nothing to stop anyone getting into this industry frequently resulting in a dangerous lack of knowledge.
